- Options for shipping are available upon check-out. If you should require special arrangements, please advise through the CONTACT US page to be found at the bottom of this page. Orders will be processed in the order we have received them. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. The maximum time of order preparation should not exceed 14 workdays and it depends of the type of order. The shipping time is not included in this time.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to us to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you should receive your parcel and find that certain parts have suffered damage or are missing, please contact MIG Productions USA with a short note explaining the situation. We will be in contact with you to offer a replacement. The item can be returned for full credit (less the freight charge) as long as it is in its original, saleable condition and includes the original packaging. For any return, you must contact us by email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We do not accept models back due to damage by modelers. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. (If the return is being made because of our mistake, we will credit or refund the shipping fees).
- Ordering
- This shop provides the customer with an easy to navigate environment designed to find what you want. The products can be added to the shopping cart by using the appropriate button either on product listings or on the product page.
- After placing all the items on the shopping cart, the customer can access it from the link always visible on the top bar. Checkout will lead the customer through several steps where he can choose shipping and billing addresses, payment type and finally complete the transaction.
- The shipping quotes are done in real time using the appropriate services from the several carriers displayed.
- When the order is complete, the customer receives an email notifying him of the order just made. All updates on the order by MIG USA will trigger email updates to the customer.
- The customer is also notified of Shipment and an invoice will also be sent by email.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment can be done by using Credit Card (VISA, Amex, Master Card and Discover.
- The process is transparent and happens at chekout time. A secure encrypted connection is established between the shop server and the payment gateway to obtain an authorization.
The payment is made effective only when the order is shipped.
Be advised that all prices on this website and in our catalog (including back ordered items) are subject to change without prior notice. - Viewing Orders
- The customer can access his orders by accessing the My Account area. The link is displayed on the top bar.
- All the information regarding the orders can be found in this area, along with other important information about the user.
- Updating Account Information
- The customer can at any time update his information, and we advise that all the information entered is correct and up to date. This is especially important since all the shipping calculations, shipment address and email notifications rely on the quality of this information.
